This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Amazing Grace is a fantastic house that provides beautiful accommodations for a vacation with the extended family. This magnificent oceanfront beach house offers enough space for everyone in your family, with eight bedrooms and eight full and three half baths. Relax and enjoy your morning coffee on the oceanfront balcony. If you want to avoid crowds and plan meals in you can utilize the fully equipped kitchen or the gas grill that this amazing house offers. Amazing Grace also provides an elevator and two washers and dryers for guest convenience - yes, two!! For entertainment, you will find numerous flatscreen TVs, a movie room and WIFI, as well as a game room with a billiard table.
Amazing Grace is located directly on the shore of the Atlantic Ocean - if you want to get closer, you will need a raft. Spend the days playing in the waves or relaxing on the sand before heading back to your beach house and washing off in the enclosed outside shower. If you would prefer, you can spend your day relaxing beside the sparkling pool (can be heated Mar-Sept for a fee) and hot tub. Amazing Grace is a perfect rental for a fun-filled getaway so make a reservation and head out for a getaway in this beautiful beachfront South Carolina home.

We all had a wonderful time at Amazing Grace. Upon arrival there was a thoughtful welcome basket for us. The house was gorgeous. We had a large group of 24 and there more than enough room for everyone, bathrooms for everyone and sleeping space for everyone. Manager got back to us with all of our questions fairly quickly. We had a washing machine not working correctly on our last day and they responded to our message quickly. Location at the beach was amazing. Movie room was fun. The kitchen was fully stocked with all cook wear needs, two fridges, two dishwashers, two stoves. Walmart is close by for all the food supplies.
This beach house is a gem! Its gorgeous design and spacious interiors make it the perfect spot for a lush gathering. Whether you're planning a family reunion, a friendly get-together, or a peaceful retreat, this beach house provides a stunning backdrop and all the amenities!!! You have to try the coffee machine AND the BT system on each floor that allows you access to the perfect soundtrack for your vacation AND the amazing theatre for the kids or entire family to hang out.
House is simply amazing and was built with every thought in mind. I would definitely stay there again. Elliott's was proactive in all communications in advance of our visit and was very responsive in answering any questions I had before and throughout the stay. Be sure to bring basic amenities with you though including shampoos, soaps, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. They had starter kits but was not close to getting us through the 4 nights of stay. Only feedback would be to have that stuff available for your guests since it basic necessities for any stay and would save your guests a trip to the store to get basics especially for such a higher end house and pricing paid per night.
