What time is check in and check out?
Check in times is 3-7 pm during peak summer season. We will do everything in our power to get you into your rental as soon as possible. During the off season check in times are 3-5 pm. Check out is at 10 am or earlier. Late check-outs cannot be guaranteed.
What do I do if I am going to be a late check in?
We offer a convenient lock box for late arrivals to pick up their keys/parking passes. Please call our office for the lock box code and instructions. Our phone lines are open until 10pm and we also have 24 hour answering service to assist you after hours. A key will not be made available until payment is made in full.
Do you allow pets?
Pets are allowed in select vacation rental homes and condos. If you are bringing your pet with you, please contact one of our Vacation Specialists so they can assist you in selecting a pet friendly home that meets your needs and budget. In most cases a pet deposit is required on pet friendly homes.
What is the difference between ocean front and ocean view?
Ocean front is exactly as it sounds. Your rental is directly facing the ocean and you walk out your door and are directly on the beach. Ocean view means that you do have a view of the ocean from your balcony, usually from the side of a building or partially obstructed view from the deck of a home. Ocean view can apply to a property where the building is oceanfront or even second row. We do our very best to accurately describe the type of view that you will have when you arrive. Is the picture on your website accurate of the property that I will actually be staying in?
Yes. We do our very best to provide you with the most accurate and up to date photos and descriptions of each of our vacation rental properties. Just one of the advantages of a vacation rental home or condo over a hotel is the freedom to pick the exact rental that you want and not be assigned one when you arrive at your destination.
Do I need to bring my own linens and towels?
Our luxury rentals come with linens and towels provided. If you do not wish to bring your own we are rent linens and towels at a very affordable price. Please call our office and double check if you are unsure if your rental comes with linens and towels and one of our friendly Vacation Specialists will be more than happy to pull up your reservation and check for you. Even if your rental has linens provided you will still need to provide your own beach/pool towels.
What is the weather going to be like during my stay?
While it’s hard to pinpoint the exact conditions you will experience during your stay we can steer you in the direction of our area’s average temps.

How old do I need to be to rent a vacation rental home or condo?
Myrtle Beach Vacation Rentals rents to responsible adults and families. You need to be at least 25 years of age in order to reserve a condo or home. We do not allow house parties.
How close am I going to be to nearby attractions and restaurants?
The great thing about Myrtle Beach is that no matter where you’re staying you are near something fun. The area is jam packed with delicious restaurants, shopping and amusements. If you wish to be near a specific attraction or destination please let us know when reserving your Myrtle Beach vacation rental and we’ll help you find the perfect rental as close by as possible.
If I have a problem with my Myrtle Beach vacation rental home or condo what should I do? We are here to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Please all or come by our office during business hours and we will be glad to assist you. For after hours emergencies we have a 24-hour emergency number to call to receive assistance.
