All cameras are outside. There are several cameras in the carport areas. There are also cameras on the first deck. One camera is located to capture anyone coming up the stairs. This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Swimming, shopping, dining on succulent seafood and playing on the beach is all in a Myrtle Beach vacation day when you reserve Cayman Villas E in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The Cayman Villas is a collection of homes that are just across the street from the Atlantic Ocean.
A shared swimming pool (open April-Sept) and hot tub adorn the sundeck. This beach rental overlooks the saltwater marsh and offers a spectacular waterfront view of another kind. It is a spacious rental with eight bedrooms and seven baths, That is what you get at Cayman Villas E.
This beach home has a well equipped kitchen, Jacuzzi bathtub for relaxing and a washer and dryer for your convenience. WIFI, flatscreen TVs and
DVD players are also found in this beach rental. The game room at Cayman Villas E is a popular retreat as it boasts a pool table and foosball table. Walk across the street for a dip in the Atlantic Ocean.
Everything, including the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier, is in close proximity to this beach rental in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina!

Great house.
Great location! Great house. Clean, roomy, cozy and fun. Great house layout. Perfect for a big family. Good kitchen, beautiful view. Booking with Elliot Realty was on point, especially considering we were shafted on a location we had booked almost 8 months ago and had to find this place 5 days prior to arrival. Could not have worked out better!

OMG??? The pics don't give this home all the beauty that it has, we were here for Christmas and it is Beautiful. The kitchen, living area. We were so happy when we walked in. All the Tv's are smart, out of all the noise we made downstairs, the second and 3rd floor didn't hear us.. You would enjoy this beautiful home... Will stay again.
