This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Come and vacation in this channel house beautifully located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Channel Cat is a fabulous five bedroom, three bath waterfront channel house with a pool and furnished with all the modern conveniences of home.
Channel Cat is a relaxing retreat and a marvelous headquarters for your family vacation at the beach. You are going to need all the energy you can possibly muster to fully enjoy a Myrtle Beach area vacation that is brimming with family attractions and exciting amusements. Channel Cat puts you only minutes away from everything!
Channel Cat boasts two dens, has nicely furnished bedrooms, so your family can spread out, or you could bring along some friends to help you enjoy your Myrtle Beach area vacation. The waterfront view is amazing and the back sundeck offers a terrific vantage point down the channel that leads to the inlet and Atlantic ocean.
Channel Cat also provides guests with a washer and dryer so laundry is not a chore during your vacation. Your favorite attractions are only minutes away in Myrtle Beach and the popular golf courses, seafood restaurants and shopping destinations are just around the corner. Live theatre entertainment, waterfront dining, charming shops, and family adventures are just down the street at Barefoot Landing.
Pool can be heated or chilled for a fee.
