This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, is a family vacation destination that will offer you many happy hours, especially when you choose to reserve Happy Ours as your house rental. Located on the more tranquil third row, yet within walking distance of the beach, this spacious vacation rental offers comfortable accommodations for guests. There are three bedrooms and three baths. There is a walk-in shower in the master bath.
There is plenty to do at the Happy Ours vacation rental, which includes a game room and pool table. Grab a partner and stir up a little competition to add to the fun. With several flatscreen TVs, you can catch the news, your favorite reality show or kick back with a late night movie. There are entertainment options for everybody.

We felt right at home instantly. My son who takes a while to warm up to new places instantly found HIS spot in the house. The house was pretty clean. Sand in some spots but that's to be expected with being a very short walk to the beach! Everything was clean and comfy. One room got a little hot due to being RIGHT next to the laundry room, but overall it was great! 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, pool table and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly neighbors. Just one piece of advice, if stairs kill you, this is not a place for you. Kitchen and 2 rooms and bathrooms are up a flight of stairs. Didn't bother us, but for future renters, it might be a negative. Elliott did great! and it's a beautiful house!
