This is a family rental property located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Follow your heart, and you may find yourself at the beach! Hello Sunshine is a little slice of paradise in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach, SC. This luxury beach house is perfect for families. You can even invite friends because there is plenty of room. There are four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. At Hello Sunshine, there is plenty to do indoors and outdoors. You will also be a short walk away from the magical Atlantic Ocean. You also won’t be far from countless restaurants, shops, and attractions.
Cook up all kinds of treats in the fully equipped kitchen, including a double-door refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a coffeemaker. Cook outdoors using the gas grill. There is plenty of seating for meals, with a dining table and breakfast bar right next to each other. Central heating and air conditioning add extra comfort to the entire space, and you can also enjoy the perks of having an in-unit washer and dryer. Boredom is not an issue at Hello Sunshine, with flatscreen TVs and complimentary WIFI. There is also entertainment to be found outside. You can swim anytime you like in the private swimming pool. There is a balcony right above the pool area. You can sit back and relax under the outdoor fan while watching the rest of your family splashing in the pool. The balcony provides a view of the neighborhood, yet you can also feel the fresh ocean breeze. You’re only steps away from sinking your toes in the sand. Wade through the ocean surf, search for shells, or sit under a beach umbrella with your favorite book. The beach has several other activities, including fishing, surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and parasailing. You will enjoy every moment of your vacation at Hello Sunshine.
You will find something for everyone in North Myrtle Beach. Apart from the watersports, you will also find shopping, dining, and entertainment. Taste your way around hundreds of diverse restaurants. Shopping is endless at locations such as The Market Common or Barefoot Landing. Grab your golf clubs to swing your way around championship golf courses that also offer excellent views. Small ones will enjoy practicing their swing at one of the mini-golf courses. Find live entertainment at the Alabama Theatre or the world-renowned House of Blues. Alligator Adventure, the world’s largest reptile zoo, is in the heart of North Myrtle Beach. Hello Sunshine is a southern gem and a great place to spend quality time with family and friends. Had a great week with family. The house was super nice and the pool was great. We will definitely use Elliott again for our beach rentals!
The house is great, nice pool, owner communicates very well with visitors, we had wonderful days, the house was very big, just like they advertised, great stay.

Wonderful location and house; everything we needed within a beach house, and the pool was a win considering the HOT conditions. Everyone in the office was super accommodating and friendly, Highly recommend! The only negative feedback from the stay would be the refrigerator stopped cooling, and the pool filtration wasn’t working properly, but the office was super responsive and fixed it right away. Overall, a couple of minor issues - considering the great responsiveness of staff, the location was a minute from the beach on a golf cart and the house was super nice and in good condition!
