There is a camera in the back under the soffet that captures the entire pool area outside. Renting a house provides privacy that condos and hotel rooms do not. You will feel right at home at the amazing property. The house is available for monthly winter rentals and is a great place to stay year-round.
Pearls by the Sea has modern conveniences. Light colors provide a fresh space. One of the best parts about this house is the spacious, fenced-in backyard. Although you’re not on the oceanfront, you will enjoy not being crammed into a tiny space. This will relax you and have you in a vacation state of mind in no time. There is plenty of outdoor seating, from a covered patio area to lounge chairs by the private pool. Have aquatic fun without leaving the property by using the outdoor pool. The pool can be heated for a $fee, so it can be used year-round. If you choose to have the pool heated, please provide a 48-hour notice.
The inside is just as lovely as the outside. The kitchen is large and complete with top-of-the-line appliances, including a wine cooler and a Keurig coffeemaker. You will enjoy cooking with the extra counter space. Several windows let in plenty of natural light. Each bedroom is spacious The main bedroom has a fireplace to make it extra cozy during colder months. Other amenities include central heating and air conditioning and an in-unit washer and dryer. Entertainment is easy to find with flatscreen TVs throughout the house and complimentary WIFI. Stay connected and entertained no matter what room you’re in. You will want for nothing during your stay at this luxury home.
One thing to love about Pearls by the Sea is its location. It is just minutes from the beach and close to several restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues. Popular attractions include Broadway at the Beach and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. All ages will enjoy the fun to be had at both locations. Broadway at the Beach is a shopping complex with boutiques, specialty shops, and souvenir stores. There are also amusement rides, theaters, and nightlife. Dine on a cheeseburger in paradise at Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville or try southern favorites at Paula Deen’s Family Kitchen. Feel like a kid again at the Backstage Escape Games and Mirror Maze. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pearls by the Sea in Atlantic Beach, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the serene atmosphere and prime location just steps from the beach. The heated pool was an absolute highlight, providing a perfect oasis for relaxation after a day of exploring the shore. The living space was not only beautifully decorated but also incredibly comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home. Whether I was lounging by the pool or enjoying a peaceful evening inside, every moment at Pearls by the Sea was pure bliss. I can't wait to return!
I had a wonderful time at Pearls By the Sea! It’s an absolutely beautiful property with all the comforts of home. The pool is so clean and the temperature was perfect. It’s so close to the ocean that you can see it. I absolutely loved the brownies and learning the history of Atlantic Beach. I can’t wait to return. This will be an annual tradition for my friends and family.

Our stay was nothing short of magical. This home offered everything we needed for a perfect getaway. We loved having the option to BBQ, which we used on one of our evenings. The setup was great for a movie night, with a cozy living area, and the ability to sign into streaming services, allowing us to unwind and enjoy some great films together. The amenities were top-notch. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The high-speed WiFi kept us connected. A highlight included the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets at the beach; just a short walk from the house, carrying provided beach chairs and umbrellas. Locals shared history, adding a rich cultural layer to our vacation. 10/10!
Everything was as perfect as we saw online! The house was exactly like the pictures but better because the location was incredible. Only 100 feet from the Ocean. Thank you for a wonderful vacation experience! Our favorite memories will be the quality time spent as a family. We will definitely be back!

Our unforgettable moments were the beach. It was only a block away so we walked there everyday. We enjoyed sitting in the screened porch every morning having our coffee outside. We made memories that will last forever!
Pearls by the Sea was the best house we have stayed at in the North Myrtle Beach Area. The layout of the house is perfect. No stairs! The pool and patio area provided relaxing time in the afternoon. Also the brownies! WOW! The beach was so close and not crowed.
