Homeowner Disclosure of Exterior Cameras
There is one camera at each pillar on the front of the beach house, each facing a gate that enters/exits the property. Another camera is located halfway up the back stairs facing the side gate adjacent to beach access. The last camera faces the tree lights, the spillway, and the custom lighting and bowl water feature.NOTICE! We rent to families and responsible adults only. No house parties. This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

This kitchen is designed to help guests prepare large meals and includes two microwaves, two dishwashers, and two refrigerators. There is a charcoal and a gas grill so you can grill up the catch of the day, juicy burgers, or succulent steaks. There is an in-unit washer and dryer, so you will never run out of clean beach towels. You will find flatscreen TVs and complimentary WIFI to keep everyone entertained. There will never be fighting over the remote or a wait for screen time. Better yet, there is a game room with arcade games and a poker table. A separate room is home to a large billiards table. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, and there are also some walk-in showers for those that may have trouble using a traditional bathtub.
At Sand Dollar, the Grand Strand shore and the Atlantic Ocean are in your backyard. Spend days frolicking in ocean waves or laying out in the warm South Carolina sunshine. Sand Dollar has a private, fenced-in swimming pool that can be heated for a fee. This pool is made for larger groups. Location, location, location! Perfectly located in the heart of Cherry Grove, close to all the action. This house is so well appointed that you will never want to leave. Two game rooms, pool, hot tub and a living room on every floor. What more could you ask for!
