Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, actually on the ocean, not ocean view and long walk like some rental homes are.
The location of this place is perfect! Beach out your windows, minutes from anything up and down the main strip. Some things could be updated, but that didn’t affect our stay. We traveled with 2 adults and 2 kids. Access to the Grande Cayman resort is huge. I highly recommend traveling there during the week. Definitely not as crowded. Best time to visit the beach is after 5pm when the sun goes behind the resort. You won’t roast. 10/10 would stay again
This was a wonderful getaway for my husband and I. It was secluded, communication was on point and I loved not having to carry around hotel keys. We rate this place 10/10 and can't wait for our next visit!
The condo itself was clean, well stocked and great location. Be prepared for coffee on the great balcony in the mornings. There is a VERY SMALL closet that also contains the water heater. There is no dishwasher...so if you need closet space or a dishwasher, this is not the condo for you. It worked out well for us because we used disposables the entire stay (we brought all disposables: plates, utensils, cups, napkins). Its not dead center Myrtle beach, which is MUCH busier than this location. We liked it here.
We enjoyed the stay at this property. Mattresses should be upgraded, but otherwise we were very pleased we selected this property for our stay. Ocean views were fantastic.

I loved that this resort was beach front and literally only steps away from the ocean. We called about a small problem and Elliott Beach Rentals took care of us in a timely manner and our vacation was great

The location of savoy 303 is perfect and beautiful. The views are amazing from the balcony and it was very enjoyable to sit out and watch the ocean. The access to all the amenities at grande cayman and the beach are excellent..
Loved the location and privacy. The building is quiet and all the noise is in the bigger building so it was nice to be separate. The view on the balcony is amazing and so easy to walk out into the beach.
Room was very clean upon arrival. The kids took the room and we slept on the amazing new couch. I have never slept on a more comfortable couch bed. I'll be buying one. The property is perfect for pool and beach fun. Water Temps were amazing in the lazy River and covered pool 87 + and the hotubs were very warm 102. One was broken but there are so many. The beach is cleaned every morning from garbage. We were so happy here.

Literally 20 feet from the beach, if that! Two balconies, blackout curtains to hid from the sun when sleeping, air conditioner works perfectly, hot water lasts long and is hot! Kids loved the lazy river and hot tubs.
