The first floor has the great room with a well equipped kitchen and one bedroom. The middle floor is full of bedrooms, five to be exact. Two of the bedrooms open to the oceanfront balcony and two of these bedrooms open to the street side balcony. Wonderful house. One of the best equipped kitchens I have ever stayed at. Lots of room.
We loved this home, thank you for letting us stay!
We have stayed at several different homes in NMB and Southern Hospitality was by far the nicest. We host a family reunion every several years and as our family is growing and our needs are changing ( more king and queen bedrooms and fewer bunk rooms as our grandkids are getting married) this property filled the bill. The location was perfect and the living room and dining area were wonderful. All in all the best vacation ever.

House was nice lots of space pool and hot tub very nice. Short walk to beach. Extra refrigerator and ice maker were great.
Southern Hospitality was very, very nice. Full of amenities. Liked having 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, and a walk-in pantry. The view was magnificent. We were very pleased to find out that that area of Crescent Beach was not as crowded as we had thought it would be. The grandkids loved the 3rd floor game room and sleeping accommodations. The only negatives were that it took a long time for the hot water to get hot and the TVs were confusing to operate, but the positives far outweighed the negatives.

This house was perfect for the amount of people we had! What was nice was everyone had their own room with their own bathroom and the kitchen was big enough for everyone to be in there at the same time without being crowded. The location of the property was beautiful! And the views of the ocean were spectacular. Definitely going to rent this property again.
We've been doing golf trips around the world for more than 30 years and this Condo is as nice a place as we've ever been in. Close to restaurants, courses, and entertainment. Couldn't have been better. We will absolutely book again. It exceeded all our expectations.
House was spacious, comfortably furnished and had an amazing ocean view. We liked having a bathroom for every bedroom. Our family enjoyed our vacation at Southern Hospitality. When we had a few issues, maintenance crew was very responsive.
