Upstairs you will find a second living area, dining space, and small kitchen, with the remaining 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. 3 separate deck access points provide plenty of space to sit and enjoy the coastal breeze. A washer and dryer are also upstairs, for your guests’ convenience. The large yard is perfect for playing games or letting your pup run around. (Sun Splash is Pet Friendly with a $300 deposit).
