Welcome to Chauncey’s Corner, a custom-built 4 bedroom and 3 ½ bathroom home located in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The location of this beach house is wonderful as it's just a 2 minute walk to the beach and and easy stroll to Main Street for all the dining and entertainment options that will have your vacation in the fun zone in no time! Speaking of fun: The game room at Chauncey's Corner features a full-size arcade game with over 50 retro games on it, a full-sized air hockey table, corn hole boards, and a giant oversized Connect four-game, Jenga, and other games.
Two of the bedrooms are located downstairs while the master bedroom and second bedroom are located upstairs. Along with the two bedrooms downstairs there is a full bathroom, a laundry room, and a game room as well. On the second floor, the master bath has a full-size soaking tub and a walk-in shower. Don't wait on hot water! This beach house has a tankless water heater for your enjoyment as well. You will be living in luxury when you stay at Chanucey's Corner as all bathrooms have granite countertops.
Just off the large living room is the kitchen and features custom-installed cabinets along with commercial-grade stainless steel appliances and built in vent hood to go with the granite countertops as well. The home has custom Plantation shutters on all windows. To add to the luxury in this home, you will find luxury plank throughout.
There is ample parking for cars, but no trailers are allowed. No pets are allowed. There is a beautiful swimming pool in the rear yard that can be chilled or heated for $500 per week. When you are done spending the day on the beach enjoying the sun and sand, come back to Chauncey's Corner where you will find a private outside shower with hot water, making it easy to keep the sand outside and the inside ready for relaxing.
