This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed. 
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Just Coasting is in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach, just across the street from the ocean and minutes from numerous shops, restaurants, and attractions. 

Covered balconies on every floor offer a picturesque view of the ocean, along with the delightful breeze that it carries. Next comes the inviting interior. A spacious great room caters to all ages and provides plenty of seating in the living room and dining areas. You'll probably gravitate to the kitchen first, as it's clearly the heart of the home. There is a large sink on the kitchen island, a double-door refrigerator, a Keurig coffeemaker, and more. This spectacular kitchen would satisfy the most ardent chef. But it doesn't stop there. You'll love the additional amenities: flatscreen TVs, WIFI, a laundry room, and a poker table. There's a private saltwater swimming pool that can be heated for a fee, a grill, and outside shower. There is even an elevator which makes it easy to unpack!

You can spend as much time at the beach as possible since it’s right across the street. Go swimming, jump waves, and wade in the moving water. Search for seashells to take home as the perfect souvenirs. Other beach activities include parasailing, jet skiing, kayaking, and more. When it's time to explore, you will discover why people love the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach. All ages will feel welcome in this friendly and unique area. Learn South Carolina’s official dance, the Shag, at one of the beloved beach clubs. Try fresh seafood or succulent steak at one of the locally-owned restaurants. The Cherry Grove Fishing Pier is a historic site with a two-story observation deck. You may see porpoises, turtles, and more from this beautiful vantage point. Head to the saltwater marsh to see egrets, herons, and fiddler crabs. There is always something to do in this bustling area. Head to Just Coasting and have a vacation you’ll never forget!
