And there is no need to leave your furry companion at home because this vacation rental is pet friendly. One pet under 35 pounds is welcome with a $300 refundable deposit. With four large bedrooms and three baths, this vacation house will comfortably sleep everyone. You and your guests are sure to appreciate the large open living spaces with hardwood floors and breathtaking oceanfront view.

The sunny beach is just a few steps away from your contemporary, multi-story oceanfront duplex. Here you can spend your days soaking up the sun, beachcombing, and frolicking in the water of the Atlantic Ocean. After a day of play along the sandy shore, you can rinse off in the convenient outside shower. Then come inside where you can cook up a healthy meal for your guests in the nicely equipped kitchen which includes full size appliances and a handy dishwasher. There is plenty of space for the whole gang to eat together with a spacious dining room and long breakfast bar. In the evening you can wind down to the soothing sound of the waves with a lovely glass of wine on the covered balcony just off of the living room. The master bedroom is a relaxing oasis with an oceanfront view. This vacation rental also includes a washing machine and clothes dryer for your convenience. You and your guests will enjoy a little inside entertainment with several flatscreen TVs (3TVs no cable) and DVD players to watch your favorite movies. Do not forget the popcorn.
